You begin with a Tribe membership and then upgrade if you want a specific service for a year. I'm happy for you then to return to the Tribe membership. The $25 admin fee is only paid once regardless of your changing memberships. All prices are in AUD currency.

Please keep in mind when viewing the pricing for the memberships that I have a Master of Arts (Writing), I am a qualified graphic designer complete with fully licensed software (Adobe Web Premium CS3) and as a student I achieve (D- distinction 75%+ and HD-85%+) results having come top student twice in my Masters program and highest grade in my current degree (Bachelor of Applied Social Science) a number of times. In addition, Lone Creature is trademarked and a registered business.

For those scientists out there you'll realize my hierarchy below has been reversed (and that I tend to spell like a USA citizen).

Register (free)

• allows you access to most fiction presented in this habitat with
• the exception of novellas and
• online books and their related supplementary material (such as maps, history, character development etc.).

Subscribe (various)

• allows you access to most fiction presented in this habitat and
• novellas and
• writing hints
• with the exception of books and their related supplementary material (such as maps, history, character development etc.).

Please note: All members must be subscribers first.

Basic Member ongoing (one off $25 admin fee, no yearly fees)

• Allows you access to all fiction presented in this habitat for life of membership

Your membership expires under these conditions: you do not access the site over a one year period, you send a request to leave Lone Creature membership, or there is evidence of inappropriate behaviour (such as theft of written works).

($75 per year)

• Allows you access to all fiction presented in this habitat for life of membership and
• includes access to writing exercises and writing lessons which are incorporated into LC's Workshops, and
• one session* of interactive writing advice (fiction and non-fiction) via email per year.

*a session includes the formation of ideas, plotting, development, to first draft up to 10 hours – but it's not necessary to share your actual idea (if fiction).

($150 per year)

• Allows you access as per 'Family Membership' where
• the one session* of writing advice is extended to include additional aid, via email, per year unless you live in Hobart, Tasmania!
• You will be entitled to a subdomain under Lone Creature to upload your own material relating to works of literature, art, reviews, news, games related themes or music. For example, if you want a personal website and your name is 'Tanya' then you could have 'tanya.lonecreature.com.au' or 'gaming_reviews@lonecreature.com.au' etc.

*a session includes the formation of ideas, plotting, development, to final draft up to 20 hours however your idea would be better shared at this point.

Full Member ($250 per year)

• Allows you access as per 'Order Membership' plus
• one session of manuscript assessment (up to 5,000 words so this may be your entire work or partial work) or
• proof reading (up to 10 000 words – this may be split up if you have smaller works) and
• the ability to upload your own stories to the Lone Creature habitat (conditions apply – contact LC).

Royal Member ($500 per year)

• Allows you access as per 'Class Membership' plus
• help, approximately 24 hours, to set up your own writing website (coding and basic template included based on my habitat) with
• 10 hours of graphic design work (with full transfer of rights on any designs – e-files included).
